Where Barrecore meets yoga. Physically challenging, and mentally energising!
Challenge yourself both physically and mentally as we integrate the traditional fluid, breath led moves of a Vinyasa class, with the precise, isometric, tiny moves of Barrecore.
BarreYOGA will create more length through the muscle groups, freeing up the spine, toning the limbs and tightening the core. Expect balance work, strength challenges, deep stretches and coordination practise throughout. This class will work you hard but leave you feeling calm, focused, and mentally centred for the day ahead!
Taught by Barrecore teachers who are not only trained in our own method but also yoga!
If you have booked to do this class in one of our studios, please arrive 10 minutes early so that we can get you set up. Also make sure you familiarize yourself with our important studio procedures due to COVID-19 ahead of arriving at the studio.
If you are doing Barrecore for the first time online, it's worth knowing that our method is all about small precise movements and technique that isolates specific muscles. The better your technique is, the better and quicker results you will experience. In our studios our teachers will give you hands-on and verbal corrections to make sure you hit the right spots. For the best results from your online classes, we recommend a Live Streamed Private Session at the start of your journey.
If you are joining our Live Streamed Classes for the first time, please let your teacher know before class and keep your video on, so that they can give you some pointers along the way!
While our classes are one of the safest ways for you to exercise, this class is not suitable if you are prenatal. We advise that you book into our Prenatal Private Session to learn important modifications, and then join our BarrePRENATAL, BarreFORM and BarreSIGNATURE classes.
Please make sure that you have been cleared for exercise by your doctor. We strongly advise that you continue joining our BarrePRENATAL, BarreFORM and BarreSIGNATURE for the first few months, to build back your strength. If you have any specific issues i.e. diastasis recti, we strongly advise that you book Private Sessions to get targeted help by one of our expert teachers.

Creating your own personalised playlists on Barrecore is easy - to start, simply find a video you like, then click the button that looks like this:
You can name your playlist, add as many videos as you'd like to it, and remove/reorder the videos in your playlist to suit your training needs.
To remove a video from a playlist, simply click the 'x' on the video in the playlist view that you no longer want to watch, and confirm to remove.
To re-order it, just click the left '<' and right '>' arrows of the video in the playlist, to swap it with the video next to it.
You'll find your favourite playlists saved for you once you have signed in.
