BarreSIGNATURE is our famous original class and uses a combination of bodyweight resistance, light props, work at the barre and high repetitions to exhaust all your major muscle groups.
As with all our classes, the teacher will offer you modifications throughout in order to decrease or increase the intensity, so this class is suitable to newbies as well as our long-term clients.
If you have booked to do this class in one of our studios, please arrive 10 minutes early so that we can get you set up. Also make sure you familiarize yourself with our important studio procedures due to COVID-19 ahead of arriving at the studio.
If you are doing Barrecore for the first time online, it's worth knowing that our method is all about small precise movements and technique that isolates specific muscles. The better your technique is, the better and quicker results you will experience. In our studios our teachers will give you hands-on and verbal corrections to make sure you hit the right spots. For the best results from your online classes, we recommend a Live Streamed Private Session at the start of your journey.
If you are joining our Live Streamed Classes for the first time, please let your teacher know before class and keep your video on, so that they can give you some pointers along the way!
This class is one of the best ways for you to exercise. The other suitable class for you is BarreFORM and our live streamed BarrePRENATAL. We strongly advise that you first book into a Prenatal Private Modification Session to learn important modifications.
Please make sure that you have been cleared for exercise by your doctor. We strongly advise that continue joining this class, BarreFORM and BarrePRENATAL for the first few months, to build back your strength. If you have any specific issues i.e. diastasis recti, we strongly advise that you book Private Sessions to get targeted help by one of our expert teachers.

Creating your own personalised playlists on Barrecore is easy - to start, simply find a video you like, then click the button that looks like this:
You can name your playlist, add as many videos as you'd like to it, and remove/reorder the videos in your playlist to suit your training needs.
To remove a video from a playlist, simply click the 'x' on the video in the playlist view that you no longer want to watch, and confirm to remove.
To re-order it, just click the left '<' and right '>' arrows of the video in the playlist, to swap it with the video next to it.
You'll find your favourite playlists saved for you once you have signed in.
